What I Can Do for Your Pet
Whether you’re in need of an experienced dog walker, planning a holiday and need a house/pet sitter or can't take time off work for a vet appointment, leave them with someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and who truly loves animals.
As well as offering specialized care, I bring you total peace of mind.
I hold a Pet First Aid certificate, incase of any unforeseen Incidents, or existing health issues, Animal Care certificate and a Sog Behaviour Certificate.
Whether I come to your home or your pet spends the day with me up mountains or on sandy beaches, I offer a full and comprehensive range of services.
DOG WALKING
A Paw in the right direction
No matter the breed, size or age, my Dog Walking service allows you to make sure your pet is well taken care of, to burn off some energy and of course, lots of fusses.
I will gladly ensure there are photographs/videos to show you what they have been up too. Reserve 30 minutes/an hour, and relax knowing your pet is in the best possible hands.
DROP IN VISITS
The Best for Your Pets
Don’t feel guilty about leaving your pet alone while at work. My Drop In service gives your pet the must needed company at home when you're not there. From playing in the garden and plenty of fusses, to the quick toilet break or any food and snacks.This is also a great service for those pets that need medication during the day.

Giving them various experiences, are a fantastic way to get them stimulated, focused and promotes their overall wellbeing. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Ace Adventure is based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Also covering Frodsham, Widnes, and for house/pet sits, we cover further afield.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP/PACK WALKS?
On the condition your doggo has been socialised with other dogs already, then yes of course.However if they aren't, I am more than happy to work on socialising them on a 1to1 basis.
I'M GOING AWAY FOR A LONG WEEKEND, I NEED SOMEONE TO NOT ONLY LOOK AFTER MY HOME WHILE I'M NOT HERE, BUT ALSO MY CATS AND CHICKENS, DO YOU OFFER THIS SERVICE?
I certainly do! Whether it is just your home, or staying at your house and carrying for your goats, donkey, ducks and lizard. I am more than happy to help.... Unless you have a pet tarantula!
ARE YOU ACTUALLY INSURED TO DO THIS?
Whether it's house sitting for you, caring for your horses, walking your dogs, being a pet taxi, or even chaperoning your fur baby at your wedding! I am fully insured to cover any mishaps that may happen.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET, I CAN'T GET TIME OFF WORK, DO YOU OFFER THIS?
I certainly do, I am insured to take your fur babies in my car, and can attend their vet appointments. If any bill needs to be paid to the vet, it is your responsibility to reimburse me for the fee.
DO YOU ACCEPT XL BULLYS?
Since the new law came into place, my insurance now does not cover me to care for an XL Bully, or any banned breeds unfortunately. This means, it has been taken out of my hands and the decision has been made for me, as apposed to it being my choice not to accept them.For that, I am so sorry for.
However, do not give up hope. As there may be an animal care provider who is currently with one of the rare insurance companies that accepts banned breeds. So it is worth looking around.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Ace Adventure is authorised to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.
Should a specified veterinarian be unavailable, we are authorised to engage the services of an alternative veterinarian. If you cannot be contacted in a timely manner, we are authorised to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian.
You agree to reimburse us for expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to such emergency.
We are not liable for any problems that occur from a known condition unless we have not treated the condition as required.
GENERAL

All dogs, by law, must wear a collar and tag with your information as well as being micro-chipped.(http://legislation.data.gov.uk/cy/uksi/1992/901/made/data.htm?wrap=true)
All dogs MUST be fully up to date with their vaccinations and their flea and worm treatment to come into our care. If dogs show signs of flea or worm infestation they will not be walked. These must be completed 2 weeks before care commences
Titre testing will be an acceptable form of vaccination along with certificate and letter from vet
Kennel Cough is highly advised by us and the vets
Male Un-neutered dogs will be temperament tested and closely watched whilst in day care. They will not be allowed to mount/mock mate or show any aggressive behaviour. If they do, care will unfortunately not be able to be continued and you will be informed immediately.
Group/pack walk dogs, will all be mixed together in a group up to 5. This will be a mixed of different ages and neutered/un-neutered. All dogs will be made comfortable and not put in groups that will upset them.
Photos/videos of your dog can be taken and used on social media/advertisement/website etc.
You will inform us fully of any characteristics of the dog/s which needs to be known for handling and care of the dog/s, especially any aggression issues.
Dogs will be kept on a lead whenever off premises, unless consent is received from you.
We will take care, so far as is practicable, both that the dog/s are not a nuisance or danger to anyone, or any other animals, and that no harm comes to them.
If dogs are not collected within 7 days of the stated departure date, and no communication has been received from you, then we will contact the RSPCA to classify the pet/s as abandoned for them to attempt to re-home, sell or send to a charitable animal organisation.
We will inform you of any incident or anything which we notice about the dog/s that we think you ought to know.
RELEASE OF LIABILITIES

Ace Adventure agrees to provide all services in kind, humane, reliable and trustworthy manner. You agree to notify Ace Adventure of any concerns within 24 hours of your return.
Ace Adventure reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer, at any time, for any reason.
Ace Adventure will immediately contact you if your pet/s displays aggressive behaviours or tendencies.
Ace Adventure will do what they can to help families with special needs pets.
Ace Adventure is required to report any bite incidents to authorities.
In case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster you authorise Ace Adventure to use their reasonable judgment for the care and wellbeing of your pet/s and/or house.
You understand that Ace Adventure can terminate this contract if your pet becomes a threat to the safety or health of Ace Adventure or the community due to aggressive behaviour.
You acknowledge you are responsible for medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to any person or animal caused by your pet(s).
You attest that all of the above information is true to the best of your knowledge. If anything changes with your dog, you will inform Ace Adventure
before the next service is scheduled.
HOUSE/PET SITTING

When booking a House/Pet Sit from Ace Adventure, a deposit of £30 is made. The remaining balance to be paid at least 2 days pria to booking.
The following cancellation charges will now apply:If you cancelled between 1-2 days before booking, full payment will be required.If you cancel between 3-5 days before booking, £30 deposit will be kept.If you cancel with 6+ days notice there will be no charge and your deposit returned.
PUPPIES/KITTENS

Under 6 months, Ace Adventure offers a Puppy/Kitten package.
This includes, up to a 1 hour visit. This covers feeding, toileting, cleaning away any accident, play time, local vet appointments and for the puppies, once vaccinated a short walk aswel.
Ace Adventure can only provide this package (and overnight care) for under 6 months, due to the fact that there are more requirements with this age. After 6 months, then they can be welcomed onto the other sessions, such as the drop in visits/dog walking, days out etc.
